What is Proactive Assurance? Proactive Assurance is a group of “managed service” plans offered exclusively by Epic Technologies. “Managed service” means that Epic assumes the responsibility for continuously monitoring and/or maintaining your systems so you can focus on your core business.
How does it work? We start by placing a Proactive Assurance “sensor” appliance on your network to monitor the equipment you choose to cover. You then pick from one or more of our service plans based on what makes sense to you. The plans are progressive in the sense that they range from a simple monitoring-only service (Peace of Mind) up to an all-inclusive fixed-fee option (Complete) for all of your maintenance and support. You can place servers on one plan, PC’s on another, and printers on yet another plan so you get just the level of support you need on each type of equipment. Plans are available in 1, 2, or 3 year terms. |
