Epic's National Services network includes more than 660 service centers across the United States and its territories. Through our National Help Desk we can dispatch onsite engineers in as little as four hours almost anywhere in the country. Each service center is under direct contract with Epic and we never make use of 3rd party service centers so we can maintain control of the ticket. Clients have access into Epic’s management systems via a web portal that allows them to enter, track, and review the status of service tickets at any point in time.
