Time and Material
In addition to our traditional service plans, we also offer “block hour” style agreements
where you can choose from either a monthly recurring block of time or a one-time
prepaid block of hours. These hours can be used to handle recurring maintenance
tasks or ad hoc as support needs arise. Either way you receive an enhanced service
level commitment from Epic and you retain budgetary control over the cost of your
technology support.
Epic's Time and Material services are billed with a one hour minimum (plus any applicable
trip fee). Rates are based upon the level of technician needed and the nature of
the work being performed. Please speak to your Epic Sales Representative for further
