What is Proactive Assurance?

Proactive Assurance is a family of "managed service" plans offered exclusively by Epic Technologies. "Managed service" means that Epic assumes the responsibility for continuously monitoring and/or maintaining your systems so you can focus on your core business. View brochure »

How does it work?

We start by placing a Proactive Assurance "sensor" on your network to monitor every aspect of your technology environment. You customize the features and level of service received based upon the unique needs of your organization. The plans are progressive in the sense that they range from a simple monitoring-only service (Proactive Alert) up to an all-inclusive fixed-fee option (Proactive Partner) for all of your maintenance and support. You can place servers on one plan, PC's on another, and printers on yet another plan so you get just the level of support you need on each type of equipment. Plans are available in 1, 2, or 3 year terms.
