About the Proactive Partner Plan
If you are looking for an all encompassing fixed-cost solution, then Proactive Partner
plan is for you. Under the Proactive Partner plan, we guarantee you a fixed cost
of support for the covered equipment over a 1, 2, or 3 year window. This covers
all monitoring, preventative maintenance, repair, upgrades, replacements, installations,
etc. with respect to the labor costs associated with your technology.
The Proactive Partner plan incorporates all of the aspects of the Proactive Manage
plan and adds the element of unlimited on site support. There will always be some
portion of the technology support model that requires an onsite presence to resolve
an issue. When that's the case, our Proactive Partner plan customers can rest easy
knowing that it will not cost them anything extra if Epic has to roll a truck.
Under the Proactive Partner plan we continue to use the remote support model as
our primary line of attack. From a support perspective, remote support is timely
and helps you get back up and running as soon as possible. But when something more
than remote support is needed, Epic will dispatch an engineer to your site to resolve
the problem. Depending on the issue, this engineer will work with our Network Operations
Center to test the repair prior to their departure to ensure a solid resolution
every time.
