Wherever You Need Us

With more than 650 service centers across the United States and its territories, Epic truly has the ability to deliver a national support solution. Through our National Help Desk, we can dispatch onsite engineers in as little as four hours to almost anywhere in the United States. Each service center is under direct contract with Epic. We never make use of third-party service centers, so we maintain control of the project or service ticket. You get centralized management and consistent service every time.

Epic will be there when you need us. Whether it's an implementation we're planning together weeks or months in advance or that emergency service ticket in the remote parts of the United States, you can count on us to honor our commitments. We even give you the ability to monitor the status of each project or service request via our web-based Client Portal where you can enter, track, and review the status of service tickets at any point in time.

  • United States Government — Long-term subcontractor for all 2,600 USDA offices across the country. We support and repair servers and printers in each office with an average closing time of 11 business hours.
  • 6th Largest Phone Company in United States — We managed DSL installation services for a major telecom carrier across 15 states in a coast-to-coast relationship.
  • Different Ambulatory Surgical Companies — We deployed dozens of communications systems for three different ambulatory surgical companies. These are large projects involving the cabling, phone systems, data network, and nurse calls systems in each facility.
