What sort of warranty comes with your phone system?
If you are relying purely on the "manufacturer's warranty" be sure you read the
fine print. Most manufacturers' warranties are only good for a year or two, don't
include protection from lightening strikes, and do not include the dealer's labor
charges to process the warranty repair.
Epic's Five Star Warranty program substantially extends the manufacturer's warranty
on the systems we sell. Here is just a summary of the benefits provided by the Five
Star program:

Additionally, Epic's Five Star Warranty is guaranteed by an independent third party
organization called the Technology Assurance Group (TAG). Epic is a premier member
of TAG, which is a $400 million dollar association of telecommunications companies
dedicated to advancing the services and benefits its members can offer to the general
public.
