Donald D. Viar, MBA, CPA (inactive), CSE
Managing Partner
Don serves as the driving force behind our company's sales, marketing, and operations
activities. His experience and strategic vision have transformed Epic from a small-town
technology company into a national professional services firm. Don has literally
worked with more than 500 companies across his career and has been able to study
their use of technology, policy, and operational best practices to bring them to
bear for Epic's clients.
Prior to joining Epic, Don served as the Retail Controller for Cracker Barrel Old
Country Store, as a founder of ConnectedHealth.Net (a $15 million subsidiary of
Ernst & Young), as a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young's Emerging Technologies
team, and as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young. In these capacities Don frequently
served as a trusted advisor to the top executives of multi-billion dollar and Fortune
100 companies. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelors
of Science in Management Information Systems and a Masters in Business Administration.
James D. Viar

Jim has more than 35 years of successful entrepreneurial and sales experience across
a variety of industries. While Jim does not play an operational role within the
company, he does serve as a highly valuable member of the management team from a
motivational and advisory perspective. His sales experience and high personal integrity
have a tremendous impact upon our company.
Aaron L. Riddick, MCSE, CCDA, CCNA, CCSP, A+
Operations Manager
Aaron serves as the manager of our overall field operations. In addition to his
client service duties, he is responsible for the daily direction of our technical
staff. Aaron is an expert in advanced networking solutions for large scale networks,
advanced network security, and IP telephony solutions. He graduated from Tennessee
Technological University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering with
an emphasis in computer design.
